Millions of people now have the language to describe what happened to them. They know the terminology. They've watched the videos, read the books and researched the behaviours.

But knowing what happened doesn't undo what happened.

More and more survivors are looking for real help to recover and many of those who have been through it themselves now want to use their experience to help others.
